Notarizations

Appointments for notarizations of acknowledgements of paternity, declarations of consent, applications for inheritance certificates and others cannot be booked through the Embassy website. Kindly contact us to advise you on the notarization.

Certification of copies

Kindly book a consular appointment through our website to have copies certified. Please bring the original for the certification. Copies will be made by the Embassy.

The fee is the equivalent of KES of EUR 26,00. Kindly note that payment can only be made in cash or by Master-/Visa credit cards, no M-Pesa, no Euros.

Certification of signatures

If you need a certification of your signature to apply for a certificate of conduct, renouncement of inheritance, application for a certificate of no impediment of marriage or name declaration kindly book a consular appointment through our website.
